In each and every moment of every day , you have the option to choose peace for yourself. Nobody else can put thoughts into your mind but you.It is time to stop allowing others control over how you feel . There are two parts to your mind , your ego (conscious mind) and your subconscious mind .Your ego thrives on anxiety, worry , misery..... The ego promotes thoughts like these: Why can't I be happy, or I must be a bad person, I'm not good enough or I must always look at how others are living and what they are doing in order to feel better. The ego wants you to be in a state of upset with this drama or that one. It convinces you that if you are not always on edge, you can’t you can't be happy , you can't be rich, you can't grow,............. Keep in mind, though, that experiencing this inner drama is a choice you make. If you are not feeling peaceful then you are listening to your ego mind. Connect to your subconscious and choose peace.Take a moment and focus your attention on your heart space , close your eyes and take in a few slow deep breaths.When you make the choice for peace, you are allowing the Divine into your life.Say to yourself as you take these quiet moment "I choose peace", I choose happiness." .Breathe in and out slowly and rhythmically .
In any situation on any given day when you feel in turmoil or upset ,know that peace is only a thought away and when you actively choose to take a moment and centre yourself with some slow breaths and choose peace , your life will become more peaceful and inspired.
All choices that you make are either out of fear or out of love. Drama, pain , worry ,anxiety , depression , sickness are all fear based and peace, calm , happiness , confident are love based , and you get to choose!
Know that within you , you always have the choice.
